Re: [INFO REQUEST] Error Code: EC:10005 In EA app

Hi everyone, I have been running into this issue for a bit over a month. I have a MacBook Pro M3, it's only about a year and a half old. My computer was running SIMS4 completely fine until I ran an update on my MacBook, since then it hasn't been working and throwing that error code. I have uninstalled and cleared the cache for the application for both The EA app and The Sims4 app, then redownloaded it multiple times. It still doesn't work and throws the same code. I even tried making a new user account in desperation but it didn't make a difference. Anyone having the same issues or know what to do?
