Expansion packs missing
I have bought nearly all of the expansion packs and all of the extras, I’ve just tried playing today and apparently I don’t own anything and I need to repurchase all of them. I’m not sure what to do or who or how to contact anyone on how to fix this. This is on my MacBook

After clearing the EA App's cache, under Library > The Sims 4 > Manage add-ons, are all your packs installed? If the packs are missing altogether, please confirm that you're signed in to the same EA account you used to purchase them.
If the packs are listed and installed in the EA App but still missing in-game, check whether they are active under Marketplace > My Collection > Pack Selection. To activate deactivated packs, you'll need to select them and click 'Confirm.'
