Game audio doesn't work on airpods

My game audio does not come through on my airpods. Works just fine through the computer speakers and will start playing when I disconnect my airpods. I have even deleted all my configurations manuall...

I've just tested my AirPods, Beats Solo and wired EarPods and all 3 are working ok. Which version of macOS are you using?
