Please test your save in a completely clean Sims 4 folder. Rename the current one to The Sims 4 Old, launch the game so a new one is created, quit at the main menu, COPY one of your saves from the Old folder into the new Sims 4 > saves folder then launch the game. Load your save, go to the build and see if it still crashes when you view the house from the same angle.
