Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? When you start the game, in the main menu, in build mode and in gameplay.
What happens when the bug occurs? In the main menu there is a glitch on the top of the screen. There is a flickering black line. When you go into build mode the game freezes every 30 seconds. In gameplay the graphics are pixelated and blurry. The game also freezes and crashes.
What do you expect to see? I expect normal looking graphics, the game running smoothly without freezing. I also except the main menu to not glitch and the game running without crashing.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.

Please describe the patch or change you made. The bug occurred after the latest patch update that came out on nov 12th.
