Game has glitchy lines across the whole screen

@SarahS0076  I've merged your post into the master thread for this issue.  It would be great if you could list your computer's specs, as described in the first post.  It may help to play in windowed mode instead of fullscreen as well; you can resize the window to take up the whole screen.
