Game options not saving

My game options aren’t saving. I will click on the enable cc box or change volume or change screen settings, save changes and it prompts me to restart the game. When I do and come back to it, everything just goes back to default. I can’t add cc or mods. I’ve opened a ticket with EA and they only told me to clear my cache which I did. I don’t know what else to do. And I have enough storage space on my Mac. I think it started when I bought a pack from the last sale that origin had. Any type of solutions please! Thank you!
