Re: [FAQ] Why don't my expansion packs transfer between platforms?

I downloaded the sims on my windows 11 and logged into my PS4 ea account which I have already purchased multiple packs on, none of the packs transferred over or anything on my account. It doesnt have anything saved not even the same ea tag but somehow has both accounts on my one email?
