Game won't Update?
Since yesterday, I've been trying to play the game. It keeps telling me there is an update available, and when I press to update the game, it finalizes and tells me it's ready to play, but the play button still says update. I've "updated" the game about 80 times now. please let me know if I'm being unclear.
Ok, let's try an even more thorough repair:
- In your Applications folder right click on the Sims 4 app and select Show Package Contents.
- Navigate to Contents > Mac OS.
- Right click on The Sims 4 and select Move to Trash. Don't drag the file as it will only move an alias and leave the original in place.
- Now open Origin, right click on The Sims 4 in your Games Library and click Repair Game.
