Glitched lines across UI in bottom part of game screen

@Bluebellflora Just an update on the situation, downloading Legacy edition didn't do anything different. (Sorry this update took so long, slow college wifi made it download in like 2 hours lol).

    @sammyteatime Please open the Sims 4 game options and disable Edge Smoothing. Let us know if that helps. Thanks!

    @dzm06 This just makes the game even more blurry. Stops the flickering but it looks like 360p
