Platform: Mac (updated to Catalina and yeah it runs Metal)

How often does the bug occur? Every time since the update (I tried only two times to play)
What is your current game version number? The last update (November 12nd 2019)
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All except Moschino, My First Pet, Luxury Party stuff and Discover University
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Just load the game
What happens when the bug occurs? The loading screens are way longer than usual, first time as soon it reached my lot it showed me glitches on the bottom of the screen, second time it was just stuck on the loading screen. The laptop also heats up faster than usual.
What do you expect to see? Basically stuck on the loading screen.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? no

update: after this morning's fix it's still overheating, glitchy and slow, what are you doing???
