How often does the bug occur? Every time since the update (I tried only two times to play)

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All except Moschino, My First Pet, Luxury Party stuff and Discover University
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Just load the game
What happens when the bug occurs? The loading screens are way longer than usual, first time as soon it reached my lot it showed me glitches on the bottom of the screen, second time it was just stuck on the loading screen. The laptop also heats up faster than usual.
What do you expect to see? Basically stuck on the loading screen.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? no

Hi, I am also having every one of these problems too. My laptop begins to overheat almost instantly after launching the game. Every loading screen takes so long, it probably takes me about 5 minutes just to get to the menu screen. Then once I load into the household, there's some kind of screen glitch. I don't know how to describe it except that it kind of looks like the kind of flickering you'd see on an old VHS camera recording. Tried to capture it in a screenshot but it doesn't show up.
I thought this might be something to do with my mods, but I took the mods folder out and was still experiencing the same issues. And I have been experiencing this since the most recent patch (my game is fully up to date and I also tried repairing).
hi simmers! I've tried to reset my game as described on this website and now it loads fine, no more endless loading screens! now my laptop still heats up, but a little less than before. the only weird thing is that one of the shoes pair worn by my sim is glitchy (it's get to work female boots with laces on the front), I don't know if it's the only one, but my sims's feet are missing...(yeah, tried to repair game but glitchy shoes didn't fix). well at least it's slightly better!
