How do you find the bin folder while using origin because I can’t find it at all

I don’t know where any of this stuff is located. I don’t know where the program files are to access the bin files. I am on a MacBook. 

I can't find the bin folder and every solution that someone has said it's difficult to understand. I use Origin and I am on a MacBook. Can you please help me access the bin folder? Step by step please in easy form.
