@crinrict Sorry I feel silly now but for some reason it wouldn't let me delete or edit my comment oops! I don't know where to find which version my Mac is using but it's the one before macOSMonterey.

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.88.228.1220
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All except the last two kits
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves?opening the game, go in manage worlds or go in a save, in an household
What happens when the bug occurs? Sims are invisible. On manage worlds we see nothing, in the household, the plumbob just floats over an invisible sim. It happens even when I restart my game and if I wait the sims to appear
What do you expect to see? Sims not invisibles
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. Since the update on the 27th of May
