    @Bluebellflora @crinrict thank you so much! I’ve fixed the problem by clicking on repair game on Origin.

Thank you for replying. I'm sorry, I don't understand the question? What do you mean by Mode please? It's a MacBook Air. I use Origin to play Sims - I don't know if that helps at all.

A mac user will assist you further as I don't really have a clue about macs.
