I can't visit Snowy Escape World - no lots visible

Hi I recently downloaded Snowy Escape and none of my sims (new games / newly created / loaded games - tried it all) can visit. No lots even appear (no bars / rentals, anything). Even within manage wo...

@BluebellfloraHi thanks for the suggestion - I tried this and it has not worked. 

Within the EP10 areas folder I have the below but they still don't appear within the world.
