I don't have a "The Sims 4" folder in my Applications folder?

I have been having trouble with my sims 4 lately (hasn't been able to open since November) and I think it's my computer. However, I just saw that sims 4 wan't even showing up in my applications fold...

Is there a folder called Sims 4 in your Electronic Arts folder? Or the game app? Can you post a screenshot?

  Thanks. Can you do a Spotlight search for The Sims 4? Once you see the App hold down the CMD key and it will show you the file path. It should be the top hit.

    okay, i see it. i just dragged it into applications. the file path said it was in applications, but i guess it just want showing up. didnt fix my game, but ti think thats because the computet itself is broken or something. Thanks for the help!

@Bluebellflora I have Origin folder but no Sims 4 folder...

  Where do you have an Origin folder? Because you shouldn't have one outside of the user Library.
  
  What happens when you launch Origin from your Applications folder? Is the Sims 4 showing in your games library?
