I updated origin, and it deleted ALL my sims 4 progress!

I updated Origin last night, it wouldn't let me play Sims 4 without doing so, it somehow deleted ALL the saved progress I had. I open my my EA folder>Sims4>everything is there? I can see all my cc, a...

Open Terminal (Applications > Utilities) and copy and paste the following into the Terminal window then hit Enter/Return:

find ~ -type d -name "*The Sims 4*" 2>/dev/null

It will take a little while to return the results. When it's done please copy/paste the results here.
