it wont let me access online in the sims4
i have no idea how this website even works but
basically i cant get online access on the sims and i dont know what to do
ive tried multiple things to do like turning off my firewall,
checking if my antivirus program is blocking the sims n origin,
turning my wifi on and off, restarting my computer, deleting the cashe
and checking if im online on origin (yes it says im online)
no matter what i try it just doesnt work and its been a whole month
i use a mac currently

Are you currently using the Legacy Edition of The Sims 4? With the Legacy Edition version, you aren't able to access any online features of the game: https://help.ea.com/en/help/the-sims/the-sims-4/the-sims-4-legacy-edition/
