Lights went off for good :(

Hey! I was wondering if could tell me what I did wrong and how do I fix it, last week I was cleaning and deleting some of my documents in my laptop to free up some space, but I don't know what I deleted that caused that lights never worked again on the sims 4. I have tried many things but nothing works, all of my households have no lights even though tvs and audio stuff are working so it is not power related. Also, when I go to build mode I seem to place a light but when I go back to playing the light bulb is not existent. Can someone tell me what happened? and how can I fix it? thank you 🙂 much appreciated.

@LineaSassy I uninstalled the game and it actually worked when I re- installed it, my lights are back on. Hope it works 🙂

I have the same issue!
- Lamps aren't working. Not even showing up when placed
- Theres a bit of flickering at the UI
- Game is in general running slow
- Bit of issues in CAS, icons doesn't show, but still works
Everything still happens when mods are removed. Fixing the game through origin doesn't work either.
The game is playable, but veeeryyy frustrating, it drives me nuts
