Loading screen...

Hiya! 

For the last few weeks, I'd say since the new pack my Sims 4 is playing up big time! ☹️ It will either stay on the loading screen - with the plumbob on and won't come off at all, or when going to pick somewhere to live the world is completely white nothing can be seen no lots or anything and then you can't go back onto manage world either but will let you go onto the option tab and the libary. Although due to playing on a Mac I can't close the Sims especially when its stuck on the loading screen so I have to completely shut down my laptop each time, I'll try again the next day and it'll be the same. 

Also this isn't related to the new pack but since I changed from a HP laptop to a MacBook if you press page down when your already on the first floor lots of squares show up and it goes slow, and when you accidentally go too far into the sky it is completely white where as before on my HP you could zoom out and still see the world.

Could anyone help with my few problems or any suggestions?
