A few months back I signed in to my ea account to play Sims 4 and I didn't have any of my expansion packs, none of them I had about 5 or 6 from years ago maybe 2019 2018 and they just disappeared out of the blue. I have tried contacting EA but it didn't help. Has this happened to anybody else am devastated my creations are not the same at all. :((((((((

if you can't see any expansion packs in the EA app after logging into your account, then you're most likely logged into the wrong EA account - once purchased, a game/pack will be connected to that EA account and won't be simply deleted after some time.
Please try to find out, if you can find the login details for another EA account that you might've been using in the past. Chances are, the packs will be found there.
