Lost Saved Files

Hi! I recently bought upgraded to a new Macbook Pro 2020 from a Macbook Pro 2013. I embarked looking to transfer my saved files from my old mac to my new but I could not find my saved files ANYWHER...

Do you have a Time Machine or manual backup you can copy them across from?

@Bluebellflora Sadly I don’t ): I don’t have very important things on my laptop that requires much backups. Lesson learnt. Hard. :/
