Product: The Sims 4
Platform:Mac
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.97.62.1220
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Growing Together - High School Years - Cottage Living - Snowy Escape - Eco Lifestyle - Discover University - Get Famous - Seasons - Cats & Dogs - City Living - Get To Work - My Wedding Stories - Strangerville - Jungle Adventure - Parenthood - Spa Day - Outdoor Retreat - Toddler - Fitness - Bowling Night - Backyard - Cool Kitchen
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Open Sims using Origin on a Mac mini
What happens when the bug occurs? When I open Sims it automatically zooms in the game's UI (which is set on default), as well all the other tabs that are open on my computer (including my desktop & icons). I have attached a video showing how it looks when the game is open + screenshots of what the desktop and chrome normally look like so that you can see the difference. Because of this, the graphics have also become 'fuzzy' around the edges even though I have them on the highest setting. This is the first time I encounter this problem and it only started happening after an update ~2 weeks ago.
What do you expect to see? The game opens normally and nothing gets zoomed in + graphics are as they should be.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. Since an update that was released circa 2 weeks ago.
