Mac - no sound with headset

Hi there, it's been a while since I'm playing on Mac. I noticed that when I use my headset (Razer Baracuda X) I don't have any sound coming from the Sims anymore. I still have sound like YouTube, discord or Spotify on the background works all together. I only have this problem with the Sims because in other games I don't have this problem. Does someone know how to fix this? I tried downloading the Razer software app, but it isn't available for Mac, apparently.
