Mac add-ons unavailable

I have always played on a Mac and bought Get to Work and Bonus Content years ago via Origin. Following the EA App migration, my packs are greyed out and say 'Available on Windows.' Live chat support stated they see the Windows tag but do not have the backend tools to refresh my Mac entitlements. Can a Community Manager please look at my account and manually push the Mac/OSX dual-entitlement codes?
