Hi everyone, This thread has been created to gather data from players who report the absence of previously owned or recently bought Games/DLCs in their EA app Library starting from January/February 2024 (or before). If you are experiencing this issue, please ensure the following: Verify that you are logging into the EA app with the correct EA account - the one that contains your games. After manually checking some of your reports (which we don't typically do via forums), we've noticed several instances of players reporting this problem with empty EA accounts. As such, please respond to this thread using your primary EA account (the one you believe your games are registered to). Check your Order History - Try to locate your games, if purchased through our EA.com website or the EA app (formerly Origin), on your Order History page (access it here). If you sign into your EA account on the Order History page, apply filters for All Status and All Timeframes, and still see nothing, you may be using the incorrect EA account. Do or did you have EA Play? - If you had EA Play and claimed games that are now missing or returning a "You don't have access" error, ensure that your EA Play subscription is active. Note that this error can also occur in the EA app if you are attempting to launch an EA game via Steam or Epic while logged into the EA app with the incorrect account (one not linked to your Steam or Epic persona). If you've checked all of the above and still can't see your EA games in the EA app, consider performing an EA app Recovery (clear cache) to see if that resolves the issue. If the problem persists, please reply to this thread with the following information: Your EA ID/Username, The names of the missing games (please just name a handful), The date when this issue first started, Your current EA app version (find out here), Your EA app Error Reporter ID (provide it in this thread). Today at around 11:30 (GMT/UTC+0) the EA app installed an update, and after it was done, attempting to open the app gave an error message stating that it was damaged, could not be opened, and should be moved to the bin. I have attempted to download a fresh installation, and the error message remains. Opening the 'get info' panel shows the version number as 13.387.0.5900. I am running macOS Sequoia 15.1.1Sims4 packs error message
Hi there, I recently bought the Cat and Dogs, Cottage Living and Horse Ranch packs but none of them will download. It shows that I own them in the sims4 store but not in the EA app and when I try to download them it has the message "Requires The Sims 4 & all game updates. See minimum requirements for the pack." I have read through the pc and Mac answers but I don't know how to fix it. I've tried the terminal thing to locate them but I don't understand. Please help!Sims 4
Hello, I bought 2 packs of the sims 4 game. Shows that I own the pack but it does not show on my game it doesn't let me click on it states it was not downloaded. I uninstalled the sims 4 I deleted catches, I restarted my computer and still the game does not show. Can someone please help me with this situation. Thanks in advance!player pick pack bug
Hi EA Team, I am reporting I faced an important error when I played FC25 and I wish I can get my Toty Renard card back. The thing was I got this card from 88+ 4pick1 pack(120,000coins) yesterday around 11pm(GMT+8), However, the pick automatically locked into rare gold card(Endler) which I never locked in with square button. would you please check on this error? It was first Toty card I drew since Fifa 18, but it was ruined . Everything was working fine until I tried to install an update. An error message pops up that says "There's a problem with your download. Give us a few minutes and try again". This has been going on for months and I have tried everything. Cleared the cache, uninstalled the EA app (several times) and cleared everything related to sims off the hard drive to start completely over. Since doing that the base game won't download now. Every time (100%) Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I honestly don't know other then being on my pc. maybe try to launch your app What happens when the bug occurs? When the EA app tries to launch I see the you're back online in background box then it gets a message (in a ne pop-up box) saying a stubborn issue has happened ,to logout then error code EC:105 (whatever that is) I've tried to restart the app ,nothing. I tried to logout. Again nothing. I've checked my Wi-Fi connection its good (as well I'm on the internet on my PC reporting this) I tried to close the EA background service and app from task manager and reopen the app. even restarted my PC. What do you expect to see?
