EA app will not open games in offline mode.
It says "Check your internet connection while we try to reconnect you, or launch one of you installed games to play offline". When I click on The Sims 4 box nothing happens. So did I just spend $80 on expansions I can't play?Solved20KViews13likes38CommentsThe Sims 4 – Unsupported OS on Apple M4 Mac
Hello, I’m using a brand new Apple Mac with an M4 chip and the latest macOS. My system exceeds all The Sims 4 requirements. However, in the EA App, The Sims 4 shows: “Unsupported OS” / “Invalid platform” Because of this, the game cannot be installed or launched. The Sims 4 also fails to start via Steam with the same platform error. This seems to be an EA App compatibility detection issue for Apple M4 Macs. Could you please check my account or enable compatibility? Thank you.18Views0likes0Comments"There's a problem with your download"/"Something went wrong" EA app Error - '24

Hey, I've been having issues with my packs loading in game. On the EA app it says we own the packs, and even on the Sims 4 Home Screen, but in the actual game itself the packs won't load. Since EA says I own the packs I couldn't even repurchase if I wanted to. The only pack showing up is the Christmas kit, but the packs we own include: Cottage Living, Eco Lifestyle, Island Living, Cats & Dogs, Get to Work, Tiny Living, Moschino, My First Pet, Laundry Day, Romantic Garden, and Spooky. My sister had installed some Costume Content on the game, which I assumed was the source of the problem. However, after I deleted the CC, the packs still weren't showing up on the game and I still don't know how to fix it. We paid for these packs and I'd really hate for them to be gone forever with no way to get them back. Please help.Solved7.1KViews0likes206CommentsEA app stuck on 'Applying Update'
