- Sims 4 not able to downloadHi, I hope anyone can help me with this. I got a brand new macbook air m4 and I was just trying to download sims 4. From the ea app, it states that it's not available for purchase and if I go to the website, it doesn't let me proceed to check out. I have tried clearing cache, uninstalling and reinstalling the app, it's not a wifi issue, my laptop has met the required requirements as well. - App consistently disconnect and reconnectsThis has been happening for a while now, and it's starting to drive me crazy. When I play my games, the app icon starts bouncing and showing a notification number. This doesn't stop until I bring up the EA app window. On closer inspection, when I first bring up the EA app window, it shows that it's offline, and once I'm on the app, it reconnects, and the icon stops bouncing. I go back to playing my game, and a couple of minutes later, this all happens again. If I ignore it my game will because very laggy. I don't close the app when I'm playing; it's always open, just on a different desktop screen. I can't see any pattern in what causes this to reoccur.

- Whats up with the EA App character fontHello Please, hope someone can help. For the last few years when using the \EA App/ the char font has been kinda weird, like spiky, blurry with these floating distorted "objects". To give an example below the characters are not spaced correct, these floating vertical and horizontal things. Its as if there are two language packs fighting with each other. Its difficult to read. The windows desktop chars are set to 100%. The EA app is set to 100% with full sceen, so there "should" be no distorted charcters. - Not receiving pre order or deluxe edition DLCI pre ordered the deluxe edition of Dragon Age the Veilgaurd and have still not received my DLC. It just does not show up in the game. This has been happening since the release of the game in November last year. Does anyone have any idea how this can be fixed? It shows here but does not show up in the game at all. - EA App won’t open on Mac (Error EC:10005 since July 2025)Issue: I’ve been unable to open the EA App on my MacBook Air since July 2025. Every time I try to launch it, I get the same error message: EC:10005. The app has never opened successfully since then. What I’ve tried: I’ve searched online (and read a bunch previous report made here) and attempted every suggested fix I could find. I’ve been retrying these solutions every now and then since July, but none of them have worked.
