Seasons expansion packed owned but won't install
When I moved from Windows to an M4 iMac, Sims 4 installed and loaded some of the DLC content, but not all. Among the items that did not install is the Season expansion pack. The EA App says Seasons is only available on Windows. The in-game Marketplace reports the pack as being owned but not installed and it gives me no option to install it. Is this a bug in the EA App or in-game Marketplace, something I am doing wrong, or is Seasons licensed by platform and I have to purchase a Mac version? Any help is appreciated. Thanks.
EA Launcher doesn't launch games.

On my PC, I just press play or double click the game I own. What happens when the bug occurs? The "Launching game..." window pops up for eternity. What do you expect to see? A fix? I can't even play the game I own. Edit: When I reinstalled the EA app right now, it said "Your latest sync was intrerupted" Even if I press Launch Game the game still loads to eternity.
EA app: Couldn't connect to servers
"Couldn't connect to servers. We ran into a problem, but a quick restart should fix it. Restart app." Restarted multiple times. Tried App Recovery. Nothing worked. Also get: "Your error report encountered an error. We are aware of the excruciating irony of this moment. Bear with us, and try again a little later."
EC10005 and EC10015
I keep receiving these errors. The EA app is saying it cannot connect to servers. I have enabled EA connections in my firewall. I have tried uinstalling and re-installing the app. I have tried removing devices from my EA account. It is stuck in a loop of restarting and saying it cannot connect. I am not sure how to fix it. I am a mac user, I use Sequoia OS.
10661 error code while trying to download ea app on mac
Hi, I've been trying to switch from origin to the ea app on my mac, I have the latest system update and everything, but it's not letting me open the .exe, because of an error 10661. From what I've read online it basically means that the mac doesn't have anything to open the .exe installer with, so it doesn't recognize it as an app. Does anybody else have this problem? Does anyone have a fix? I would really appreciate some help with this. Thanks in advance.
