(Mac) Game shakes, freezes, and crashes
Ever since the latest update, my sims game has been shaking, having black lines appear on it, and lagging a lot. The game now freezes and crashes right after this. Any ideas?

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1 . 58 . 63 . 1210
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All except Discover University, Realm of Magic and Toddler Stuff
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Going onto a community lot and moving the camera around.
What happens when the bug occurs? Screen freezes and then starts rapidly shifting from side to side, intense flickering of graphics. Every time this has happened I've had to physically shut down my laptop for it to close.
What do you expect to see? Able to move the camera around without the game crashing.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
This first happened yesterday, the first time playing since the November 2019 update.
Since then, to try and find the problem, I've removed all mods and cc, repaired the game, repaired Origin, repaired the game again, and it has happened every time. I've been testing with the karaoke bar in the spice district (City Living) and it happens within 5 minutes of loading and moving around the lot. I'm not sure what else I can do. This has never happened before.
My laptop system - MacOS 10.12.6 , 2.3GHz Intel Core i7, 4GB 1600 MHz DDR3 .
