- Operating System (Version) - macOS Catalina version 10.15.3
- Mac model - Macbook Air (Retina, 13-inch 2019)
- Processor - 1.6 GHz Dual-Core Intel Core i5
- Memory (RAM) - 8 GB 2133 MHz LPDDR3
- Graphics - Intel UHD Graphics 617 15
- Are you attempting to play the normal version of the game or the Legacy Edition? - Normal version - The Sims 4 Digital Deluxe
- Are you running any antivirus? - No
- Have you tried to repair the game in Origin? Right click on the game in My Games and select Repair Game - Yes
- Do you use CC/Mods? If so, have you tried removing them and seeing if that fixes your problem? - No mods used

Thanks! We can add your card to the sgr file. I just need confirmation of the specific Device ID of the card. Please open the Config.log file in your Sims 4 folder and copy the 12 or so lines under === Graphics device info === here.Hello!
I am also having issues with an unrecognized video card when I open the game up. This happens whenever I add custom content to the game now but it wasn't always this way and I was previously able to have the custom content and the mods without any issues. I believe this is the information you will need to help me;

Are you happy editing the GraphicsCard.sgr file in the game files? There will be an update soon that will require them to be re-edited - https://answers.ea.com/t5/Technical-Issues-Mac/The-Sims-4-macOS-Notarization-FAQ/m-p/8876253#M29009
If your game works without CC it's more likely the CC that is the issue.
