Macbook CAS Freezing And Crashing

Hello! I need serious help with my sims 4. I play on my Mac if that helps. So, I can load my game with and without cc and it will work. Although, it usually crashes when I get to CAS and click on an item. I can never try on or make a sim. I have included my MacBook information if that will help. Please, if anyone has any information on this, inform me. This has been going on for over a week or two!!
