MacOS High Sierra - Origin will not launch

I recently updated my Mac to High Sierra, and now my origin app will not open. I am a bit afraid to reset or mess with anything on here that would cause me to loose my Sims 4 gameplay.

Please Help! Thank you.

No, Origin works fine with High Sierra. Can you please create a new administrator user account on your Mac and then try opening Origin in that account?

Hello, I went through the steps twice to reset and it still will not launch.

Do you think i need to wait for a new version of Origin for it to be compatible with High Sierra?

Hello @Lissett__101 I have the same problem and on another account sims 3 opens up.  What do you think the problem could be?

It could be many things. Something in your usual user account is interfering with the game like other apps you are running. The user accounts Library folder may have corrupted Sims 3 files. But if you can play in another user account just go with it 🙂
