The Sims 3 doesn't play well in Sierra, as you can see from the myriad of other posters with issues ☹️

Have you tried patching the game manually?

Game is manually patched but since Mac update CC from store are in launcher as installed but do not show up in game. I say a post that you were compiling Mac/Sierra issues but I can't find the original post to add issues and specs. Thanks
