That worked!! I had tried this before with no success, but this time I tried letting the game create a new Sims 4 folder and then turned off Origin in-game and it loaded! Thank you so much @Bluebellflora!

UPDATE: After adding mods back in, it appears that the No Intro mod by Simser der Deutschen is currently problematic and preventing it from loading properly. Removed that and it works just fine.
Yes! Letting it create a new Sims 4 Folder, then disabling origin seems to have fixed it for me too! Thanks!!
