Hi guys,
Needing help please. Here's my info:
- Mac specs? Mojave (10.14), MacBook Air 11-inch early 2014, Processor is 1.4 GHz Intel Core i5, 4 GB 1600 MHx DDR3 memory, Macintosh HD startup disk and Intel HD Graphics 5000 1536 MB Graphics
- Have you upgraded from a previous version of macOS or have you done a fresh install? Upgraded from previous version
- Which game? Sims 4
- A detailed description of the issue(s)? I can’t get onto the gallery. Every time I e tried it says that it’s not connected to the internet and that there’s no internet connection available. I've pretty much been on calls with EA Support 5 times today with no help. They made me look at firewall/cache/proxy, turn on and off my router, uninstall and install my Origin app, create a new Mac user with Administrative account, turn off in-game on Origin app and turn on Origin Beta. Still no luck in accessing the gallery even though I'm online on Origin and can obviously use my internet. Please help.
