Re: Sims 4 DLC from Steam or Epic Greyed Out on EA app for Mac (Worked on Origin)

So I purchased the Jungle Adventure, Luxury Party and the digital deluxe package packs like 3 or more years ago or so, I know I purchased it under this account, the only EA account I have ever had. I recently downloaded the EA app and redownloaded all my stuff to my new Macbook pro, but now my packs are missing? I don't really know what to do now, I don't want to repurchase anything because obviously I already paid and I don't think I should spend my money on something I already bought. I've looked through my emails but since it was years ago I can't find my purchase confirmation anywhere. Has this happened to anyone else?

Hey Ayeeeeemelia,

Just to confirm, did you purchase those packs through EA or another platform like Steam or Epic? If you purchased through Steam or Epic, those platforms unfortunately don't offer Mac-compatible versions of the game.
