Re: [no longer a current issue] many .package mods + cc not loading

So my game I think did an automatic update, no big deal, it happens frequently. Didn't know it updated until I launched the game and got the typical pop up saying that mods had been disabled. So I went through the usual reactivating in the game settings and restarting my game for the change to be activated. But when I've launched my game, the first thing I'm noticing is that my custom loading screen isn't showing up. When I load my save file, my horses in my household don't have their hair because it's all custom content. However, my sim, whose hair is custom content, has her hair. Going into CAS, some, but not all of my custom content is showing up, including my custom background and some hair. But still missing a very large chunk of my stuff.

I've tried deactivating and reactivating mods twice, and it's not fixing it. I'm not really sure what I should do to fix this, or why it would suddenly be doing this. I haven't added any new files that would've caused it, and it's really bugging me.

tiny update: I tried doing a repair on the game with the EA app's repair function, problem is still happening.
