MODS not working MAC

I've been having some problems with mods for a while now, to the point where I just gave up trying to fix it. I've watched every video and practically googled myself to death trying to solve this, but nothing works.

I started using mods on base game a while back, but around February I bought a few packs and that's when they stopped working. I was then cleaning out my computer and accidentally deleted the mods folder. I've now bought every pack there is, gotten the folder back, re-downloaded all the mods I want and made sure they were compatible with my game and updates when I did so, everything is unzipped and not in subfolders, I've checked the boxes for mods and script mods in game, tried updating and re-installing the game, deleted cache - literally anything there is to find of tips online and nothing works.

Please let me know what to do, this is driving me crazy... I'm even open to sharing remote login on my mac to fix it, if there's any possibility I'm just missing something here. Please reach out to me on my IG: bybebjo - if you think you can help, or comment something here!

Thanks xx

Please open Terminal and copy and paste the following command then hit Enter/Return:

    find ~ -type d -name "*Mods*" 2>/dev/null

After a little while it will return the results of the search. Please copy and paste the results in a post here.

    This is what comes up

    Thanks.

Your Mods should be in this one:

    /Users/beatrice/Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4/Mods

If they are in that Mods folder (NOT the other one in the previous line) and still not loading, please screenshot the contents of the folder and post the screenshot in a post here.

What other folder? You can see the file path in the search results:

    /Users/beatrice/Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4/Mods

It is the Documents folder in your user account on your Mac. It still exists even if you have iCloud Drive setup as the Terminal command provided the search result confirming.
