my sims 4 is not working on my macbook pro

I've tried everything on the forum (uninstall the game, move the game file to desktop, repair the game, disable the origin in-game, restarts my laptop etc) to get my sims 4 works and it will still stuck like the picture shown. I couldn't pressed on anything with my mouse. Anyone has any idea how to solve it? 

My laptop information:

  • macOS Mojave version 10.14. 
  • macbook pro (2017)

    Which game file did you move to the desktop?

    Go into Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 and trash the Options..ini file. If it's still not working try toggling between fullscreen and windowed mode by holding down CTRL, CMD and F.
