- The pop up will ask me to login in using offline mode then close then ask me to log in connected to Internet. After logging in all I get is a grey screen if it lets me log in at all.
I’ve followed all the suggested fixes from the links above. My sister and friend (different accounts different macs) are also having the same issues- @gpickle30
Which version of macOS are you running and which version are your sister and friend running? Could you be exact please with the version, e.g. 10.15.4 Catalina.- @Bluebellflora Mojave 10.14.6 for all
