Which version of macOS are you running and which version are your sister and friend running? Could you be exact please with the version, e.g. 10.15.4 Catalina.
@Bluebellflora We’re not on the same network and I’ve tried using my own personal hotspot. All of my other game playing services work and I haven’t had any issues with other devices on the network either
- Make Safari your default browser in System Preferences > General if it isn't already - Open Safari and go to Safari > Preferences > Advanced and enable Show Develop menu in menu bar - Close the Preferences window then click on Develop in the menu bar and select Empty Caches - Open Origin and see if it correctly loads
