Are you, your sister and friend all on the same network? Can you setup a hotspot on your phone and see if you can connect through that?

@Bluebellflora We’re not on the same network and I’ve tried using my own personal hotspot. All of my other game playing services work and I haven’t had any issues with other devices on the network either

That's great info, thanks! Try this:
- Make Safari your default browser in System Preferences > General if it isn't already
- Open Safari and go to Safari > Preferences > Advanced and enable Show Develop menu in menu bar
- Close the Preferences window then click on Develop in the menu bar and select Empty Caches
- Open Origin and see if it correctly loads
