Packs not showing up in Game

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Get Famous, Island Living, City Living, Seasons, Discover University, Cats and Dogs,Cottage Living,Get Together,High School Years,Snowy Escape,Get to Work, Kids Room Stuff, Laundry Day Stuff,Movie Hangout, My First Pet,Nifty Knitting, Paranormal Stuff Pack,Toddler Stuff,Vintage Glamour, Dine Out,Outdoor Retreat, Parenthood,Realm of Magic,Spa Day,StrangerVille,Werewolves,Vampires,
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try to load a save file
What happens when the bug occurs?- None of the packs I own will be in game
What do you expect to see? All my packs in the game
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes, after the March 24th, 2023 patch was released I was unable to see packs in my game 

The methods I have tried: 

• I've restarted the game and computer
• Repaired the game
• Redownloaded Origin and restarted it
• Deleted all the packs then redownloaded them
• Removed mods
• Deleted sims 4 folder

I have a picture of what it looks like attached to this post. If anyone knows what is wrong
