Do you use CC or Mods? Those can cause the lag you are experiencing.
@Tremayne4260 I tried removing all CC/Mods and I still have the issue. Also I put most of my graphics to the lowest setting.

Anyone tested with the new update?
It is still happening with the latest update, still no fix.
