@thdef90 I've tried this too, but it doesn't help.

Because my game is in Czech (cs_CZ) and origin in English. I can't change it to the same language because my version of game isn't support English and origin not supports Czech. I tried overwrite documents to English (en_US) but it doesn't change settings in game which doesn't support it.

I`ve chat with EA support they told me to delete game and also origin, then reinstall it back. But it doesn't help too! ☹️

I really don't know what else to do. ☹️ Please

Can I just return update of game back or something? 

Thank you so much for finding the language troubleshooting. My game wouldn't open the past few days after the update, but now it does. However, for next update please consider that for French Canadians, the computer itself is set in French, while we play the Sims in English. What I mean is having Origin and the game in English is perfect, but please do consider for next update that the language of the computer not being available as an option in the game cannot create a conflict and prevent us from playing the game.
