Re: Error 0e6d1221:1df4e8dc:0000012d:912c9c10

Having a lot of difficulty with Origin and Sims 4:

Sims 4 was running fine on my Mac. one day, it stopped, and I keep receiving the same message.

I will give you my Mac system info below.

MacBook Air: (Reitna 13 in 2019)

Processor 1.6 GHz Intel Core i5

Memory * Gb 2133 MHz LPDDR3

Start up Disk Mac HD

Graphics Intel UHD Graphics 1536 MB

I have not even used half of my memory

I continue to get this message:

Unable to start:

Can't run The Sims 4 with the video card in this system.

Please check that the video card meets the minimum specifications and that the latest video drivers are installed.

[0e6d1221:1df4e8dc:0000012f:912c9c10]

These are the steps I have taken

I have done reboots, even with safe reboot

I have uninstalled origin, and caches.

reinstalled

have done this multiple times

have taken all malware systems and anti-virus systems off my computer

have disabled origin in sims game

I have rebooted and un/reinstalled multiple times with the same message.

I have done a lot of research and no results have helped.

Let me know what I can do, if you have any ideas! Thank you!

Did it happen after you updated your Mac? Or after an update to the game? it's very common and will be because your Intel chip isn't currently in the game graphics database. We can add it but you need to provide more info.

Open the Config.log file in the Sims 4 folder and copy and paste the 10 or so lines under the === Graphics device info === section here.
