Yes I do, according to the specs though it should have plenty of ram/good enough graphics from what I understand?

Ye[ but unfortunately there are issues with these model Macs and the game and has been since they were launched. What's amazing though is that some users are managing to play fine and then an update will cause the game to break.
I've merged your thread into this specific 16" MBP thread. Try the solution on page 1 and keep an eye on the thread. It's a great resource as users with these models post any new workarounds they come up with and compare notes 🙂 Aha copy that thank you!
