Heather-Cas Does your computer run Windows or macOS? What do you see when you try to open Sims 4? If you get an error code, please post a screenshot, and either way, describe what you see.
its a mac, and it doesn't say anything it acts like its about to open, but then doesn't. I've done everything I've removed all my mods, uninstalled my ea app and game, and repaired.
