Where did you purchase the packs from? If it was from Origin in a web browser:
- In the Origin app, redeem the product codes of the packs you have bought https://bluebellflora.com/registering-a-product-code-in-origin/
- Click on the game in your Origin games library then the Expansion Packs tab. You should now see Download under the packs you have bought. Click it to start the download process.
