I did mess with the settings and edge smoothing completely off helped with the glitch a lot but my game looks horrible. These things are still very prominent;

- seeing random speech bubbles

- sims walking through walls

- neighbors coming by every single day, multiple times thought the day ( never experienced this before)

- lag ( a lot better now with the edge smoothing off)

I’ll try to get some screenshots up as soon as I can

@sirenxxx1947 Thanks, that would be helpful.

I don't have a workaround for the drop in resolution for Live Mode that some players see once they disable edge smoothing, but I'm still trying to think of something (it doesn't happen for me, so I can't really experiment). The other things you're seeing ... I'm wondering if you have CC or Mods that might not be compatible with the Nov 12 update. Have you tried running with a totally clean TS4 folder (move the existing one to your desktop, then restart) to see if those problems persist?
