I removed the Options.ini file first to see if that would work (if not i would remove my mods) and it seems to be working perfectly now!

The file came back and right away my game started ok and then started lagging again on the second floor of the house im making ^^'

these are my settings for my game

Sims- Very High

Objects- Medium

Lighting- Medium

Reflections- Low

Visual Effects- Medium

Edge Smoothing- Off

3D Scene Resolution- High

View Distance- Low

It's still lagging really bad whenever I go to the second floor, like serious lag

I do not. Would it work on my MacBook pro? Im still kinda learning how to actual use it haha. Where can I download sims studio?

That's the thing I don't have CC on that floor. I was making a new house, I just started putting floors in and wallpaper up

You have to register on the Sims4Studio site and then you will be able to access the download.

How to I find my file though would it be in the save file?

Yes that household, and thank you so much. It was fine when I was doing the wallpapers and right when I got to the floors it started to lag really bad, and I removed my cc as asked

Hummmm, no idea why it's happening. Could you try a super repair:

1. In your Applications folder right click on the Sims 4 app and select Show Package Contents.
2. Navigate to Contents > Mac OS.
3. Right click on The Sims 4 and select Move to Trash. Don't drag the file as it will only move an alias and leave the original in place. If there is another file in the folder, The Sims 4.par, leave it alone.
4. Now open Origin, click on The Sims 4 in your Games Library and click on Download.

And also trash the cache files - https://sims4.crinrict.com/en/2014/09/delete-cache-files/

Alright I did all that, Should I test to see if it worked?

Nope it's still lagging when I try to do my floors

I haven't tried any other lots but I'll check. I'll replace the lot and see if it works
